Order Review & Confirmation

After placing an order, a member of the Workers Wood team will contact you to confirm your project details. We’ll review specifications, answer any questions, and walk through shipping or delivery options so everything is clear before production begins. This step helps ensure your order is accurate and tailored to your needs.


Production Timeline

Because our work is custom-built, we don’t provide fixed completion dates. Once your design and details are approved, production will begin, and we’ll keep you updated along the way. Our focus is always on quality and craftsmanship, so timelines may shift slightly to ensure the finished piece meets our standards.


Project Completion & Scheduling

When your order is complete and has passed final inspection, we’ll contact you to arrange pickup or delivery. At that time, your final invoice will also be issued.


Pickup Option

Customers are welcome to pick up their order from our shop at no charge. Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for transport and that you have assistance available for loading if needed.


Local Delivery 

We offer delivery within London, Ontario, and surrounding areas. This service includes careful transport, placement of your piece in the desired room, and basic setup where required. Availability and pricing vary depending on distance and project size. Please contact us directly for details and scheduling.


Crated Freight Shipping

For customers outside our local delivery area, we offer professionally crated freight shipping across Canada and the United States for a flat rate of $350.

All large items are securely packed and shipped via freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely. If your order requires special handling or delivery access, we may contact you to discuss details before shipping.


Receiving Freight Shipments

When your shipment arrives, please inspect the crate before signing the delivery paperwork.

  • If the crate shows visible damage, note it with the driver before signing.

  • Once unpacked, inspect your item carefully.

  • Contact us right away if anything appears damaged or incorrect.

This helps ensure any claims can be handled quickly and properly.


Care & Handling

To keep your wood products looking their best, wipe with a soft dry or lightly damp cloth as needed. Avoid harsh cleaners, excessive moisture, or prolonged exposure to direct heat or sunlight, as natural wood can react to environmental changes.
