Made-to-Order Pieces
Since our products are built specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or provide refunds for changes of mind once production has started or the item is complete.


If Something Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged or you believe there’s an issue with workmanship, please reach out as soon as possible so we can review and help resolve it.

How to Start the Process

  • Contact us once the issue is noticed

  • Provide clear photos showing the concern

  • Include your order details so we can review them quickly


How We Resolve Issues

After assessing the situation, we’ll determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

  • Repairing the item on site

  • Bringing the piece back to our workshop for repair

  • Replacing it with a comparable item

  • Issuing a refund where appropriate

Our Craftsmanship Guarantee

We offer a 5-year craftsmanship warranty covering defects related to construction or workmanship from the original purchase date.
